Joseph Milano, owner of Goomba’s Pizzeria in Palm Coast, Fl, was recently charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and released on bail. According to police reports and security footage at the pizzeria, Milano pistol-whipped a customer who complained that his takeout order for a calzone was incorrect.
