INGREDIENTS:9 oz. chicken fajita strips
6 Tbsps. Cantonese sauce
4 oz. yellow onions, chopped
2 oz. red pepper strips
2 oz. yellow pepper strips
1 ½ oz. chopped peanuts
8 oz. pizza cheeseDIRECTIONS:1. Preheat a conveyor oven to 500°F. Spread the sweet and sour sauce over the pizza crust.
2. Roll the chicken strips in the Cantonese sauce then arrange around the pizza crust. Evenly sprinkle the onions, red peppers, yellow peppers, peanuts and cheese onto the crust.
