INGREDIENTS:1 low-fat banana nut muffin
½ fresh banana
½ cup non-fat frozen vanilla yogurt
¼ cup frozen strawberries in juice, thawed
1 oz. non-fat whipped topping
fresh mint leavesDIRECTIONS:1. Split muffin in half vertically and place in banana split dish or oval dish.
2. Slice banana and sprinkle over cut muffin halves. Top with frozen yogurt and ladle strawberries over yogurt.
