National Honey Board 2014 Honey Innovation Awards

MARS Foodservices Chef Showdown 2013 Dessert Contest
Chef Michael Watz, instructor at Washburne Culinary Institute in Chicago, won the $2,000 cash prize for his Mascarpone Twix® and Shout creation. Runners-up were Adam Hegsted, executive chef at Coeur d’Alene Casino in Worley, ID, and Amber Croom, head pastry chef at Bellini’s Ristorante & Bar in Birmingham, AL.
