Yield: 1 serving. ½ cup Dole® Fresh Frozen Banana Slices, partially thawed 1 can (6 oz.) Dole Pineapple Juice ⅔ cup plain yogurt 3 Tbsp. cream of coconut 1 Tbsp. dry pistachio pudding mix 4 ice cubes Place banana, juice and yogurt into blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Add cream of coconut, pudding mix and ice cubes to blender. Pulse blender until mixed in well. Pour into a chilled glass. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
