Chefs Rock With Todd Rundgren

By all accounts, Chef Jam 2010: Cleveland Food Rocks was a high-decibel success. Organized by The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, and Cleveland Food Rocks, the sold-out June 13th event at the Rock Hall featured dishes from 26 participating restaurants, which helped raise thousands for the Rock Hall’s education program and the Cleveland Food Rocks culinary scholarship program.
A highlight of the event was a concert featuring Cream of the Crop—the house band of Crop Bistro & Bar—and musical legend, Todd Rundgren. Eighteen chefs also participated in the Maker’s Mark Chef Challenge, which required the chefs to prepare a dish using Maker’s Mark. Winner of the contest was Dante Boccuzzi of Restaurant Dante.
Among those taking the stage were Boccuzzi (far left), Matt Harlan (center) executive chef of Bar Symon, and Rundgren (far right).
