When Spice Market opened a decade ago, the Meatpacking District was one of Manhattan’s worst neighborhoods. Today, much like the restaurant from Phil Suarez and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, it’s one of the hottest spots in New York City. Coincidence? We think not.
