Menus of Change: The Business of Healthy, Sustainable, Delicious Food Choices

June 10th - 12th, 2013 • Cambridge, MA

Past Event:

This ground-breaking leadership initiative has been developed by The Culinary Institute of America in collaboration with the Harvard School of Public Health, Department of Nutrition. It is open to those in the culinary, volume foodservice, science, business, and policy-making arenas who influence the food choices of millions of Americans every day. During the conference, there will be a special presentation of a science-based report that will assist foodservice operators in making the right decisions related to promoting public health, protecting the environment, and ensuring business success. Questions answered at Menus of Change include, “How can we make our most delicious foods healthful and environmentally sustainable?” and “What if America’s most talented chefs, scientists, and business leaders worked together to develop business-friendly solutions to our obesity and healthcare crises?” Registration details and more information can be found on www.menusofchange.org.
