Firesteak Ribs

INGREDIENTS:1 bag Black DiamondÖ Extra Meaty Beef Ribs with Gravy
6 red potatoes, whole
6 buttom mushrooms, whole
8 parsley sprigsDIRECTIONS:As needed, heat ribs in boiling water. Cut open bag, pour sauce into steamtable pan and divide ribs by cutting between the bones. Hold in steamtable pan with sauce. For each serving, place 3 ribs in center of pasta bowl.

Roast or boil potatoes. Grill mushrooms. Add potatoes and mushrooms alternating between them to perimeter of bowl. Place parsley sprigs around perimeter of bowl to resemble grass.SERVINGS:1 servingPHOTO CREDIT:Photo Credit: JAC PAC
