INGREDIENTS:1 cup maraschino cherries
3 Tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
3 cups vanilla ice cream
as needed, whipped topping
for garnish, whole maraschino cherriesDIRECTIONS:Drain maraschino cherries, reserving 3 Tbsp. juice. Coarsely chop cherries. Put chopped cherries, reserved juice and ice cream in the container of an electric blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into two 12-ounce glasses. Top with whipped topping; garnish with whole maraschino cherries.SERVINGS:2-12 ounce servings
