Popcorn Chicken Po' Boy

INGREDIENTS:Red Hot Mayo
2 cups Frank’s® RedHot® Buffalo Sandwich Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise

Sandwich:
6 lbs. Popcorn Chicken Bites®, frozen, prepared according to manufacturer’s directions
1 cup Frank’s® RedHot® Buffalo Sandwich Sauce
24 French hoagie buns
3 lbs. creamy coleslaw, commercially prepared. DIRECTIONS:For RedHot Mayo: Combine sauce and mayonnaise in bowl; mix thoroughly. Set aside.

For Sandwich: Combine Popcorn Chicken Bites® with Frank’s® RedHot® Buffalo Sandwich Sauce.

To assemble single serving, slice one bun lengthwise. Scoop out some of the inside. Spread bottom half of bun with 4 oz. chicken. Top with 2 oz. coleslaw. Close with top half of bun. To serve, plate sandwich with 1 oz. mayo. SERVINGS:24 servings From: PHOTO CREDIT:Photo Credit: FRENCH’S FOODSERVICE
