Creative Clam Challenge
Two finalists in the Sea Watch International 4th Annual Creative Clam Challenge will compete in the final challenge on March 20 at the 2011 International Boston Seafood Show. Beef Backer Winners
Winners of the 2010 National Beef Backer Awards for exemplary beef restaurants were recently announced by the Beef Checkoff Program. The Independent Restaurant category winner is The Hitching Post I and II. Chain Restaurant winner honors go to Homestyle Dining LLC (Ponderosa and Bonanza Steakhouses). Innovator of the Year award winner is Red The Steakhouse.
