According to a recent article in Forbes, there are 80 million Millennials (those aged 18-35) in the U.S., and this group represents more than $200 billion in buying power. This probably comes as no surprise to you, as these young consumers likely make up the majority of your customer base. You know what Millennials like to eat—bold flavors, ethnic foods, mini meals, craft beers, cool cocktails, farm-to-table meats and produce—but a Millennial-friendly environment is almost as important as what comes out of your kitchen.
