8 oz. filet mignon
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
to taste, kosher salt and cracked black pepper
Garlic and Herb Butter:
1 lb. unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. creamed fresh garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. cracked black pepper
For garlic and herb butter: In a stand mixer, whip all ingredients until light and fluffy.
For filet mignon: Turn grill on to high; remove steak from cooler and let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes. Toss lightly in the Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper. For medium to medium rare, grill 5 to 6 minutes on all sides, approximately 20-25 minutes. Top with a spoonful of garlic herb butter.
