24 oz. reduced-fat mayonnaise
6 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
38 oz. chopped red apples
32 oz. cubed smoked turkey
24 oz. chopped dried plums
12 oz. chopped celery
8½ oz. chopped walnuts, toasted
as desired, red or green lettuce leaves
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and orange juice. Add apples, turkey, dried plums, celery and walnuts, tossing to coat. Chill in refrigerator; serve on lettuce, if desired.
