Ingredients & Directions


2 (16 oz. each)
OR 16 (2 oz each)

2 cups
1-2 Tbsp.
1 tsp.

Loaves Bridgford Frozen Cinnamon Roll Dough
Bridgford Frozen Cinnamon Rolls
Melted butter or margarine Glazed
Powdered sugar
Water or milk
Vanilla extract

  • If using 16 oz. log of cinnamon roll dough, let log soften slightly. Divide each log of dough into 8 equal pieces. Let dough thaw completely.
  • Pull or stretch each cinnamon roll and twist once. Place twisted cinnamon rolls on a lightly greased baking sheet approximately 2-3 inches apart.
  • Brush rolls with melted butter or margarine (or spray with spray vegetable shortening). Allow the rolls to raise until double-triple in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until a light golden brown (convection oven, 325 degrees, 10-12 minutes).
  • Remove from oven and pan to cool on a wire rack. Glaze: Mix ingredients. Drizzle over rolls.
