Yield: 8 servings. 1½ cups mayonnaise 1/3 cup buttermilk 1 Tbsp. culinary cream 1 Tbsp. sour cream 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar ½ tsp. granulated sugar 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese In medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, culinary cream, sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar and sugar. Use a wire whip to whisk all ingredients together well. Season to taste. Fold in crumbled blue cheese. Mix thoroughly. Chill.
