According to a recent survey conducted by the United Soybean Board, the soy menu items that most consumers want to see in restaurants are veggie burgers, tofu, soymilk and edamame. One in five consumers surveyed said they would order soyfoods if they were on restaurant menus. Here are two menu ideas to demonstrate the versatility of soy.
