cocktail glass, chilled

In a blender, puree all ingredients:

½ fresh Bartlett pear, peeled and cored

6 fresh cilantro leaves

1 ½ oz. fresh lime juice

1 ½ oz. pepper-flavored vodka

1 ½ oz. cilantro infused simple syrup

Pour into glass and garnish with a sliver of red pepper and a sprig of cilantro.
