Cocktail (10 ounce) glass, chilled

Rim glass with mixture of organic sea salt and cracked green peppercorn

1½ oz. Partida Reposado Tequila

½ oz. Sambazon Organic Acai Juice

¾ oz. Partida Organic Agave Nectar

4" sprig rosemary, top inch reserved for garnish

½ oz. organic egg white

1 oz. fresh lime juice

Remove rosemary leaves from 3" of the 4"-stem; top-inch of sprig being reserved as the garnish. Muddle the rosemary leaves in an empty pint glass until aromatic. Add ice, tequila, acai, agave nectar, egg white, and lime juice, and then shake contents vigorously and double strain into salt/pepper-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish by floating rosemary sprig.
