Specialty of Nacional 27, Chicago. Yield: 1 serving.
Pint glass, chilled
Pour ingredients into an empty mixing glass.
16 mint leaves
½ lime, quartered
3 fresh strawberries
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Muddle contents, stir, and add ice.
1 ½ oz. 10 Cane Rum
Near fill with sparkling water. Garnish with mint sprig and a strawberry on the rim.
