Yield: 1 cup whipped topping (enough for 8 servings of Sippable Tiramisu) and 1 serving of beverage
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
¾ oz. white chocolate liqueur
2 Tbsp. chocolate sauce
¾ oz. coffee liqueur
as needed for garnish, chocolate shavings
Place heavy cream, sugar and white chocolate liqueur into Vitamix® container and secure lid. Select 100% power and pulse on high until a soft peak whipped cream is obtained.
To assemble and serve: For each drink, in a chilled martini glass add 2 Tbsp. chocolate sauce. Top with ¾ oz. coffee liqueur. Gently spoon whipped cream over the liqueur. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
