2 oz. Zespri® Gold Kiwifruit puree
2 oz. St-Germain elderflower liqueur
2 oz. rum
6 oz. Fever Tree bitter lemon soda
Divide kiwifruit puree, rum and St-Germain into two ice-filled glasses; stir gently. Top with bitter lemon soda. Garnish with fresh kiwifriut slice.
