1 ½ oz. Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac
1 oz. Lustau Amontillado Sherry
½ oz. Giffard Banane Du Brésile liqueur
3 dashes housemade roasted banana bitters (orange bitters would also work)
Stir ingredients together in a small coupe glass. Garnish with a dried banana chip.
