Wondering what will be different about the 2012 edition of MUFSO? Plenty. The 53rd Annual MUFSO (Multi-Unit Foodservice Operators conference), set for Sept. 30-Oct. 2 at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, will offer an all-new “Super Show” format. Attendees will still experience all of the great leadership-focused content for which MUFSO is well-known. But this year’s edition will provide the added bonus of all-new conference pillars that will be focused specifically on the following tracks: Operations, Marketing, Culinary, Entrepreneur. Another key part of the programming mix: FM IDEAS, which will explore key issues and trends that affect the on-site/non-commercial segment. There will be more than 30 educational sessions in all, so just think of it as MUFSO on steroids. The keynote speakers will be former ambassador to China and Republican presidential candidate Jon Huntsman and social media marketing whiz and president of Un-Marketing Scott Stratten.
